(GC_MARK_STACK): Remove.
(GNULIB_FDOPENDIR, HAVE_DECL_FDOPENDIR, HAVE_DECL_MEMRCHR)

(HAVE_WORKING_FSTATAT_ZERO_FLAG, _NETBSD_SOURCE): New macros.
